Dentures and Partials

Dentures have been helping patients replace missing teeth for centuries.

Of course, they have improved a lot over the years! Modern dentures have improved even since your grandparents and parents used them, so erase the thought of big, boxy dentures from your mind.

Today, you can have dentures that help you eat a wider range of foods and look completely natural.

Complete (Full) Dentures to Replace All Teeth

If you are facing extractions that remove all of your natural teeth, you might be wondering about complete dentures and how they can help you.

Dr. Brandt Finney will evaluate your bite and take measurements to determine how to best get started with creating your dentures. We want them to be comfortable and fit well so you can maintain good nutrition. Beautiful dentures can also help you maintain an active social life by improving self-esteem and giving you confidence!

We use high quality pink resin to create a base for your denture teeth. Today’s denture teeth look natural and come in a wide range of sizes, shades, and shapes so we can match your denture's appearance accurately to your facial features.

Partial Dentures

If you still have some of your natural teeth, we offer partial dentures to complete your smile. In the case of partial dentures, we will match them to your existing natural teeth so you can achieve a seamless look.

Partial dentures will use your existing teeth to anchor in place. This means that they have additional stability provided by your natural teeth. Partial dentures bases can come in lightweight, pink resin, metal, or even flexible materials. Dr. Finney will go over which option will work best for you.

Implant-Retained Dentures

Some patients want more stability than traditional dentures can provide. We offer implant-retained dentures to combine the affordability of dentures with the stability and health benefits of dental implants.

Even four dental implants can provide enough added support to effectively lock your denture in place and provide some of the health benefits, such as bone retention, that dental implants offer.

We use 3-D cone beam technology to examine the density of your bone and determine whether you are a good candidate for dental implants.

Denture Care

It is important to bring your full or partial denture with you to each dental exam so we can check it for damage or cracks, which can cause a poor fit and collect bacteria.

Use only a denture cleaner and lukewarm water to clean your denture. Hot water can damage your denture and cause it to fit poorly. Never use abrasives to clean your denture.
